Great location on a quiet street in the city; friendly and well organized staff; very clean. We had a room with a large balcony. Beach towels were provided. This place was perfect for me since I spend a lot of time outdoors and don't look for frills and unnecessary extras. I look for a clean, friendly, safe place and to be able to walk everywhere. For all those reasons Forida hotel was an excellent choice for me.

The Florida Hotel is a lovely boutique hotel in the new town section of Rhodes Town, a bit older but very well maintained and clean and comfortable. It's great value for the money.What really makes it special is the owner, Yvonne. When I arrived I asked if there was a laundry service nearby and she personally walked me to a laundry two blocks away. She also pointed out several restaurants in the area that she recommended. On top of that she gave me a hand-drawn map of Rhodes town that was very helpful. She really went out of her way more than once.

Yvonne is the most prepared host we have ever met in our Booking.com history. She had easy to read hand made maps and many insights regarding places to eat or visit. 10/10, recommend for anyone coming, especially first-timers.

Cute lil hotel in the middle of everything in centre of the city.My single room was super cute. Mattress very comfy, stuff more then friendly.

Great location and the hosts were extremely proactive in providing all the relevant information needed for your stay, including choice restaurants and bakeries.

1. The staff! Especially the daughter of the hotel owner was very kind, especially when I was quite sad due to an incidence.2. The extra miles: the hotel offers beach items for free to borrow and served welcome gifts.3. The extra service: I needed more blankets as I was sick and even got local honey for free!4. Safe from mosquitoes!

it was excellent, exceeded all our expectations. we had double room with 2 separate bathrooms and small kitchenette with all necessary stuff. Very clean (everyday cleaning). The location is perfect close to the old town, restaurant and the beach but at very quiet street. Staff (family running the hotel) is incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you a lot!

I loved the location, so convenient to everything, restaurants, bars beach. The lady that owns the hotel is a beautiful person, so kind and full of knowledge, giving all the tips on where to eat and visit. All her recommendations were spot on. She couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect staff work. The woman on reception gave as a few maps with the best place to eat, visit, have a day trip. Fast Wi-Fi, perfect location, nice and quite pedestrian street. Just on Friday was some noise from far away clubs. Good value for money. Plus, a car rental is just on the corner of street and perfect places to eat just a few minutes by walk!

Yvonne is a super host, very welcoming and knowledgeable about Rhodes. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, my room had a small kitchenette which was very useful to prepare breakfast or snacks. The area is lovely, set in a quiet pedestrian alley. There is a really nice local restaurant which Yvonne recommended, it was so good I ate there most evenings. Upon arrival by bus I followed the directions provided by the hotel, even though I arrived later in the evening Yvonne was ready to welcome me.
